My flight to manila is at AM5:00 and I plan to stay Sugbutel a night and to take a taxi to airport at AM3:00.

Is it safe to do that?

And how much is the taxi fee?

Or I should go to airport earlier and just take a rest right there?

Hi there will be no problem taking a taxi at that time. There are plenty of taxis around. Just tell the people at your hotel to get you a taxi from there. Make sure that they use the meter because you will be ripped off if they dont

I usually agree that taxis should use the meter but at 3am going to the airport, you might want to be a bit more lenient.

It is highly likely that the taxi will not have a fare paying passenger going back to Cebu City.

I am not saying to agree to double. My suggestion would be say meter plus P50
