I have the following itinerary in mind:

Day 1: Arrive at Legaspi. 3 Dives at Manta Bowl. Stay at Vitton Beach Resort in Donsol.

Day 2: Swim with whale shark. Go to Legaspi and fly off.

Do you guys normally use a travel agent or make your own arrangement for transport, lodging and activities?

Is there an available driver that I can hire to bring me to all these places?

My goal is to carry out my itinerary in an economical / practical way.

Currently, one agent is offering the package for the above-mentioned itinerary at PHP14,000 per person (there are two of us). Is this reasonable?

you dont need to get anybody to do this. you can check out the flight for cebupacific or PAL to get to legaspi. From there you can hire a car or van to take you to your hotel. You will find them at the airport too. Dont forget to haggle with them and always ask for the cheaper price. I am sure you can get in touch with Vitton too and they will find the chepest way to get around because you are a guest there. I dont think that the P14000 is bad. Just make sure that they let you know that the plane fare and dives and boat rental and land transfers are all included. a lot of times they fail to let you know this

P14,000 for two people for what you want to do is pretty good and reasonable. It%26#39;s about the same cost to what we paid.

You can book it all yourself and probably save P1000 for the hassle and headache, what%26#39;s P500 per person extra to get a worry free vacation.
