Zoobic Safari

Hi. Hope you could tell me the direction going to Subic. Which is more advisable. Bring a car or commute?

Other places to visit/stay?

Zoobic Safari

hello, what is meant by commute? and bring car?

Zoobic Safari

Hi,

Rather than confuse you, I would first advise you get to Olongapo, and then ask directions to Zoobic. I stayed at one of the beachside resorts in Subic area, and rather than hire a car, theres heaps of vans, taxis etc that can get you there, with vans being more affordable overall IMO.

It%26#39;s around a 25-30 min easy drive to Zoobic, and Ocean Adventure is very close by as well, and you can easily do both in the one day.

Enjoy!

Chris

drive of course. take NLEX then SCTEX, you%26#39;ll end up in subic (not olongapo) in less than 2 hours without traffic.

Hi... Subic is so huge..... bring a car or rent one.

Take NLEX then SCTEX its so fast and no traffic. There are directions on the road to get to ZOOBIC Safari. Quite far but there are road signs you wont get lost. You can also check their website to know exactly what area are they located. If you see a tourist information center, just after the SCTEX exit in Subic, they may have a map for you available for free.

There are buses that goes around Subic, however, it would take you a long time to wait for these buses. If you feel its better for you to commute, I would suggest you just hire transpo from Olongapo to use inside Subic to go around, may its would cost less that way. I have no idea how much.

Have fun feeding the tigers.....

Wow, that%26#39;s great! Thanks for all your advices. We%26#39;ll just probabaly bring car.

one word of caution. Zoobic is located on the Subic bay Freeport,The SCTex ends at the freeport,so you will be okay if you drive.. but there is a town of Subic that is located at the north end of Subic bay. If you take a bus to Olongapo and ask directions to subic you will likely end up in the town and not the freeport. http://www.greatersubicbay.com and http;//www.seahorsetours.com has more info. or get the subic Bay travel and dive guide at national bookstores or amazon.com
