Has any one stayed here? can anyone please advise honest feedback as to service, level of security etc there
Metro Park Hotel Cebu
I have not stayed there but I have visited friends living there.
It is located away from traffic in a side street and has a swimming pool.
They can be a bit lax with cleaning the pool and the pool area but I would be happy to live there if i wasn%26#39;t so happy elsewhere.
As a bonus, it is also the location of one of the best dentists in Cebu City, Dr Miriam Yap.
If you are having doubts about Metro Park and since you are a Kiwi, have you considered the Kiwi lodge?

It is kiwi owned and very popular with aussies and kiwis. No pool though.

Can i ask if you know what the Hotel Security is good. Like storing Passports etc in Hotel Safe.
Thanks for the link on the Kiwi Lodge!
I can%26#39;t personally guarantee that nothing bad will happen to your valuables but it is my expectation that you will find them exacly where you left them.

Hi,
You may try Casa Escano Bed %26amp; Breakfast. It%26#39;s a very classy, quiet, clean and most of all very affordable. Look it up online: www.casaescano.com. You will enjoy the restaurant there, Don Merto%26#39;s, as they serve Australian steak and other sumptious dishes. Casa Escano B%26amp;B has free wi-fi/internet and has a VOIP Vonage phone where you can call long distance for free. A lot of my friends stay there when they come to visit. They only have high praises - they keep on coming back!
You may reserve online.
Yes i stayed there in september. For one hour while i waited to get a refund .The place was smelly the area was not what i would call the safestm the reception staff were aloof with a could,nt care less attitude and worst of all the room was filthy with no hot water.
