I will be travelling from New Delhi India to Cebu city in August 2009. Would like to know the air fare in economy class.

Just guessing as I have never done the India-Mnl-Cebu run, but try Emirates for the best deal.
Daily expenditures in Cebu can range wildly depending on how you want to live. You can get by easily with lodging, food and incidentals for less than $25 USD a day. Most filipinos spent alot less than that. If you are there for such a long stay, I would look into getting a suitable apartment and learning how to use jeepneys to get around.
