Am wanting to visit Asia,most probably have a quick look at Philippines and Thailand for about 7-10 days in Oct 2009 or April 2010(so will keep eye on posts here and post more later)if i can save more and loose more weight.Not into beach culture etc,am more into history and landscapes,as im keen photographer(ameteur though),so what places would be the go to see and do in short space of time.Also where to stay that is cheapish(3 star)and safe.Would like to visit Bohol and see Tamiers,Corregidor and in Thailand visit James Bond island,and visit the palaces,shrines etc.Which way is best to,Thailand first then Philippines or visa versa,re flights to and from Sydney.
Not Beaches
in the philippines, you may visit banaue, bontoc, sagada, hanselma road and baguio for landscape and cultural photo opportunity.
