Where is the best seafood in Boracay? What are the prices? Any buffets?

I%26#39;m inclined to avoid all but the best buffets (read ';expensive';) as many of the beachfront buffets offer food that is less than fresh, and has been pawed at by hoards of people before you put it on your plate.
Some restaurants have a display, on ice, outside the dining area so you can pick something out.
Two places I like to eat seafood are Samba%26#39;s (station 1) and Fishbar in the mall.
