I need a decent beach house in Boracay. With 2/3 rooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Must have a kitchen as I need to prepare baby food.

i guess there is only very few private houses for rent that is located with beach front.
But if you are ok with seaview then try to take a look at these private houses for rent on Boracay:
www.boracayhouse.com and www.house4rentboracay.com
Both houses has two floors each with private kitchen, bathroom and seaview.
