When staying 3 months in Cebu city, is renting a house, villa or apartment a good choise (instead of hotel)? Where can I find a respectable agency that I can trust in these matters, and about what prices do they generally charge?

SDR Apartments is on Mactan Island near the international airport, about 30 minutes from central Cebu.

It gets rave reviews on TA, and has a website. Monthly rate is US$899 if I recall correctly (daily = US$50.)
