hotel choices in Sebu

My colleagues and I will do a first time 4D3N trip to Cebu in March. We are thinking of staying in a hotel in Cebu City for the first two nights and upgrade to a resort-hotel for the third night. We would like recommendations for good clean city hotels at reasonbale rates, and close to malls such as Ayala Centre or SM, and restaurants. We would like to hear about resort-hotel as well. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry, typo error, Cebu it is...

Hi, The Marriott in Cebu City is attached to Ayala Center - couldn%26#39;t be closer and they have a fantastic dinner buffet at the hotelon the weekends which includes all the beer and wine you can drink -for $25!! The hotel is just about finished the renovations - rooms are very nice.

Cebu itself is not much, I recommend Malapasqua in the north, a super island - to relax on.

Have fun.

Hi,

There are a lot of hotels in Cebu. But talking about reasonable rates, you can try the Cebu Business Hotel. It is located at the center/downtown area (Colon Street). For resorts, try the Tambuli Resorts or the Costabella Beach Resort.

What is your budgeted expenditure per room-night and in what currency?

We can then all assist you.

You don%26#39;t have quite enough time to visit Bohol and Panglao Island overnight, but if you can, do a day trip by fast ferry and hired 4WD (four wheel drive, as we say in Australia) to visit Chocolate Hills, Baclayon Church of the Immaculate Conception, tarsiers, Loboc River cruise and so on.

See %26#39;Bohol attractions%26#39; for a rundown on all these and %26#39;Bohol overview%26#39; for a more general slant.

hi..

Im also going to Cebu and Bohol next month though i havent made reservation yet, Just wondering if how long wud it take from Cebu to Bohol by Ferry and how much wud it cost? Is there any transportation from Bohol to Manila and what type..??

Thanks in Advance for the help.

Hileneski,

Bohol is 1.5hours by fastcrafts from Cebu. You can take the Supercat, Weesam or Oceanjet. The fare is around Php500 per way. Just check the Supercat website and you can make a reservation there. If you will take a round trip ticket, you can get a discount.
