Charter house is located on Legaspi st. in Legaspi Village. It is right across Greenbelt 1 which includes a chili%26#39;s restaurant, Burger King, salon, and drugstore. The hotel in itself is OK, not great I would say it%26#39;s comparable to a motel 6 in the U.S. The rooms have connecting doors on both sides so you can pretty much hear what%26#39;s going on in the next room.

We recently stayed there for 3 days as well it was alright since we were only their to sleep.

You can also check AIM Center (in front of Greenbelt), El Cielito Inn, Herald Suites %26amp; Makati YMCA (all just 1-2 km away from Ayala Center) =)

How much do you plan to spend per night?

nana88,

I stayed at BSA Towers in March 2006 for 4 nights. The hotel is dark. The reception area is very small and poorly lit. The hallways leading to the rooms are dark too. The one-bedroom suite is typical of an inexpensive hotel. The bathroom is old and needs an upgrade. The bedroom is so-so. Don%26#39;t expect any luxurious pillows nor bedsheets. The kitchen exists but I never felt like using it because of the roaches that roam around. It%26#39;s true that you get what you pay for when it comes to these type of condotels but roaches in a hotel room are really unacceptable. The Prince Plaza 2 adjacent to BSA Towers is worse. The people incharge of the conference I attended in 2003 booked our team there. One night in that hotel was enough for me to bolt out and seek better accomodation at Hotel Nikko.

Back in 2001, I stayed at Asian Mansion II for 7 nights. It was a relatively new condotel back then. The staff was very accomodating. The room is very simple. The kitchen was fine, at least I didn%26#39;t see any crawlers around. But that was five years ago. I hope these details help you in your decision.

ok thanks for all your help...=)

charter house address: 114 legaspi St., Legaspi Village Makati City

tel nos. 63 2 8176001 to 16.

We been there last jan. 2004, the area is noisy but is very convinience, all staffs was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close the mall and across the street there is one caffe restaurant there can you eat a international breakfast, because the breakfast include to the hotel is only filipino breakfast, try it!

If you dont mind the noise from the street I recommend this hotel if your looking for nice service.

Nice stay in philippines!
