From Manila to Clark airport will take around 2 hours.

I think Partas Bus services the Tiger Airways and Air Asia passengers to the north.

I found your post and I can help you. From Clark airport, you can arrange transportation for you to be brought to the Bus Terminal in Dau, there you will find busses maybe every 2 hours to Vigan. Bus Companies that go to Vigan are Partas, Dominion and Viron. You can also take bus companies the go to Laoag - Farinias Bus, Maria de Leon Bus and ask them to drop you in Vigan ( Town of Bantay technically because its on the boundery of 2 towns) Once in Vigan take a tricyle and ask the driver to bring you to Villa Angela.

Another option is to ask the transportation desk of PARTAS at the Clark airport if they have services from Clark to Vigan. Since their busses service both routes or maybe they can assist you to transfer to another Partas Bus in the Bus Terminal in Dau, Pampanga.

I hope this can be of help to you. Enjoy your stay in Vigan.... don%26#39;t forget to eat Empanda while you are there.
