8 full days first time in Philipines

Hi,

I%26#39;ll be going to Philipines through Clark.

I have 8 full days but do not know how to travel .

Would like to get advice on budget hotel ( any backpacker%26#39;s area?), tourist spots etc.

Will stay around Clark or Manila because i leave Philipines through the same airport in Clark where I arrive.

Since I have 8 days , may venture out a bit but too far .

Can someone help me to plan for 8 days?
