We booked and paid for 4 tickets from Manila/Boracay in August 08. We had to cancel the tickets in October 08. When I called to cancel we were charged a cancellation fee and I was assured I would receive credit to my visa within 90 days. It%26#39;s now 4 months and counting with countless calls to Cebu Pacific with no credit in sight. The Cebu Pacific agents at 632 7020888 have assured me the internal credit has been issued and they are just waiting for their bank to notify my bank. Calls to the accounting service center go unanswered and promised email responses from Cebu Pacific supervisors are never received. I will file fraud charges with my Visa company, but I do not hold out much hope receiving my 21,223.68 peso credit. Our family will NEVER, EVER fly with Cebu Pacific again. DO NOT USE CEBU PACIFIC
Unable to Get a Refund from Cebu Pacific
Par for the course with Cebu Pacific. Customer service is way down on their list of priorities. Going thru your credit card company is the fastest, safest, surest way unless you are in Manila in person.
Trying to call them to resolve the problem with drive you insane.
